Summer Camps Teaching Staff

Alicia Houser is originally from Santa Cruz California. She grew up training with Santa Cruz Ballet theater whilst also training in jazz and contemporary dance with local companies. In May of 2021 Alicia graduated from Muhlenberg College with a B.A. in Dance with concentrations in Performance and Teaching. Her studies at Muhlenberg include Ballet, Modern, Aerial Acrobatics, Aerial and Circus Dance. Alicia studied circus arts at San Diego Circus Center in their preparatory program and aims to pursue a professional performing career within the dance and circus world. She is also an accomplished photographer. We are looking forward to having Alicia back for her second year teaching summer camps! Some early evening classes with Alicia will be offered.

Carli Gumm was born and raised in Northern Nevada, and has been dancing since the age of two. She trained with All About Dance for 15 years, and was a member of the Forever Dance Competition Team for 10 years. She has been trained in ballet, tap, hip hop, jazz, musical theater, lyrical, modern, and contemporary. After graduating high school, Carli attended Westminster College in Salt Lake City on a dance and academic scholarship. There, she was extensively trained in ballet and modern, and was also a member of Westminster Dance’s select modern company. After 2 years, Carli transferred to Dixie State University in St. George and is studying to receive her B.S. in Mathematics Education. Welcome back Carli! This is her fourth year teaching in our summer program and we are very pleased to have her here again. In addition to camps Carli will be offering late afternoon or early evening classes.
